SilhouetteFX provides support for all paid users of its products free of charge. Priority technical support is provided via our Support Center. If you are evaluating the software for purchase, you are also welcome to ask us questions.
Email ticket technical support is handled from 8-6 PM Pacific Time excluding certain holidays. Email support allows us to provide detailed support information to you as well as send additional documentation that may help you with your specific support needs. If you can't find a solution to your problems in our Knowledgebase, you can submit a support ticket or go to the SilhouetteFX Online Support Center.
